About SEM Solutions
Search Enabled Marketing Solutions was created to make the sprawling field of marketing technology easier to understand.
Most businesses now run on a growing stack of platforms for search, advertising, analytics, websites, email, automation, design, customer acquisition and dozens of other jobs. Finding a tool is easy. Knowing which ones deserve a closer look is harder.
SEM Solutions brings software discovery, editorial analysis and measurable market signals together so marketers can research their options from several angles instead of relying on a single rating or recommendation.
What We Cover
Our database covers digital marketing broadly, from major global platforms to specialist products built for one narrow problem.
That breadth matters. The right tool for a large agency isn't necessarily the right tool for a freelancer, ecommerce brand or small business.
Our Approach
We separate two things that software-review websites often mix together: opinion and observable market performance.
Our editorial content explains products, features, use cases, advantages and limitations. Market Signal is designed separately to measure digital market signals such as visibility, traffic, momentum and authority.
How We Make Money
Right now we don't make money from SEM Solutions. No company pays to be listed, no link on the site is an affiliate link, and there are no ads or sponsored placements. Every “Visit” button goes straight to the vendor's own website.
That may change. In the future we may join affiliate programs, which pay a commission when a visitor signs up through our link, or work with software companies on advertising. If we do, we'll say so on the pages concerned and in our Affiliate Disclosure.
Money will never decide which tools we list or how they rank. Rankings come from Market Signal scores.
Editorial Team
Everything on SEM Solutions is researched and published by the SEM Solutions Editorial Team, a group of online marketing professionals with backgrounds in SEO, paid media, conversion optimization, content and analytics.
