Muck Rack is a web platform for PR and communications teams that ties media research, outreach and measurement together. The Media Database lets users search journalists and outlets, build media lists and get contact suggestions from the Media List Agent based on what reporters have actually covered. Pitches go out through a connected email account with per-journalist edits, scheduling and open, click and reply tracking, and resulting articles are detected and logged as Pitch Placements. Monitoring spans online news, podcasts, print, broadcast and social media, with alerts by email or Slack and an AI Curation Engine that screens out irrelevant mentions. Coverage Reports and dashboards add reach, shares and sentiment. Brands and agencies choose between three packages, Starter, Standard and Premier, while print and broadcast monitoring, social listening, press release distribution and the Generative Pulse AI visibility tracker are sold as add-ons.
