What Is Fastly?
Fastly runs a programmable CDN and edge compute platform on a global network, with security products layered on top: Next-Gen WAF, Bot Management, API Security and DDoS Protection. Its DDoS service uses an Adaptive Threat Engine that writes mitigation signatures in near real time and bills only for legitimate traffic, not attack spikes. Logs stream in real time to endpoints such as Datadog, Splunk, BigQuery or Amazon S3.
