Gravity Forms: Pricing, Features & Alternatives

WordPress form plugin with conditional logic, payments and workflows.

What Is Gravity Forms?

Gravity Forms builds WordPress forms using a visual editor with conditional logic, multi-page layouts, calculations, file uploads, notifications, and entry management. Official add-ons extend forms into payments, surveys, quizzes, polls, signatures, user registration, CRM workflows, and webhooks, making the plugin suitable for complex data collection beyond basic contact forms.

Best for: WordPress sites that need advanced forms with conditional logic, payments, surveys, or workflow integrations.

Gravity Forms can email a unique Save and Continue link that lets respondents resume an incomplete form. Its separate Partial Entries add-on can record progress according to completed required fields or overall field percentage. Those records are not synchronized with edits made to an already saved draft, so administrators should avoid treating abandoned-entry data as a definitive final submission.
