What Is MemberPress?

MemberPress controls paid access to WordPress pages, posts, files, courses, communities, coaching programs, and other protected content through its Rules system. The suite includes MemberPress Courses, CoachKit, community and directory tools, content dripping, recurring billing, coupons, order bumps, corporate accounts, protected downloads, and a REST API for custom workflows.

Best for: Creators and organizations selling memberships, courses, coaching, communities, or protected WordPress content on recurring plans.

MemberPress supports separate drip and expiration settings on content-access rules, and each irregular release time needs its own rule. Corporate Accounts create a paying parent membership with subordinate users sharing the entitlement but not its billing controls. That add-on is available on the Scale plan, so organizations selling group subscriptions should verify that edition before designing their enrollment process.
