What Is PicCollages?
PicCollages is a free, ad-supported collage maker that runs in the browser on desktop and mobile. It has three editors: a photo grid with designed templates and classic grids, a long-image tool that stitches photos into a vertical or horizontal strip, and a free canvas for placing photos, text, stickers and backgrounds by hand. Around them sit 18 single-purpose image tools, including crop, compress, split into a grid, add a border, blur part of an image, before-and-after comparisons, EXIF removal, photo mosaics and seamless patterns. Editing and downloading need no account, and the site says photos are processed in the browser and only uploaded if a signed-in user chooses to save a project to their private library.
Best for: Social media managers and small businesses who need a quick photo grid, a stitched long image or a cropped, compressed picture without an account or a paid plan.
Exports are PNG or JPG with adjustable quality and no PicCollages watermark, and the FAQ says results can be used in personal or commercial projects. The interface is available in 10 languages. Unsaved drafts live only in the browser, so clearing site data can lose them, and cloud saving keeps finished images rather than editable projects.
