Mention tracks online conversations about brands, competitors, products, and topics across social networks, news sites, blogs, forums, and other web sources. Users configure keyword Alerts, review a live mention feed, analyze sentiment and conversation trends, and generate reports; an API also exposes monitoring data for external dashboards and applications.

Mention distinguishes keyword searches from Monitored Pages, which collect new posts from selected social or review URLs regardless of the configured search terms.
