#3 of 7 in Screen Recording by Overall Score

What Is Loom?

Loom (Atlassian) records screen and camera video and shares it by link, with AI summaries and editing on paid plans.

Best for: Teams replacing meetings with quick recorded walkthroughs.

Loom can record and summarize meetings held through Zoom, Google Meet and Teams after the calendar integration is authorized. Meeting captures are managed separately from ordinary quick screen recordings, allowing teams to locate previously discussed material without another call. Its AI features can generate contextual recording titles from transcripts, but these workflows require meeting access and account configuration; they do not work as anonymous file uploads.
