Fillout creates forms, surveys, quizzes, scheduling pages, and payment flows that can read from and write back to connected databases. It supports conditional logic, calculations, multi-page forms, e-signatures, dynamic data, and record updating, with native connections to Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other systems for operational workflows.
