What Is RocketReach?
RocketReach is a B2B contact database that sales, recruiting and marketing teams use to find professional emails, personal emails and phone numbers. Searches run in the web app, through a browser extension that returns emails, direct dials and firmographic data while you browse social networks and company pages, or through a REST API with person search, person lookup and bulk lookup endpoints. Autopilot turns a completed person search into a prospect list that refreshes daily, weekly or monthly. The Intent Data product flags accounts showing spikes in research activity, and RocketReach says it covers more than 35,000 topics with weekly refreshes. Contacts can be sent to Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Bullhorn, or to other apps through Zapier, and RocketReach Messages sends email sequences with scheduled follow-ups from inside the platform. On the universal bulk lookup endpoint, enrichment draws on export credits, and phone lookups cost more credits than email lookups. An email verification product, RocketReach Verify, is labeled beta.

RocketReach supports searches for professionals followed by individual contact lookups through its API. A person can be requested using a RocketReach profile ID or LinkedIn URL. Its API also provides a lookup-status endpoint for checking requests that have not finished, while rate limits apply to repeated status calls. Automated workflows should handle unfinished requests instead of assuming every lookup returns contact details immediately.
