#4 of 8 in Pipeline Management by Overall Score

What Is Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is a web-based sales CRM organized around drag-and-drop deal pipelines, with iOS and Android apps, an open API and webhooks. Since its 2025 plan overhaul it is sold in four tiers: Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. Lite covers lead and pipeline management and the Pulse prospecting toolkit. Growth adds email sync and templates, workflow automations with delay and if/else steps, sequences and forecast views. Premium bundles LeadBooster (chatbot, live chat, web forms and Prospector), Projects and Smart Docs for trackable proposals, along with custom deal scoring, a team inbox and phone support. Ultimate adds contact data enrichment plus security rules and alerts. Campaigns, the email marketing module, and Web Visitors, which identifies companies browsing your site, are sold as separate add-ons. AI tools draft and summarize emails and build reports from plain-language prompts, and the Marketplace links Pipedrive to Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, QuickBooks, Xero and Zapier.

Best for: Small and midsize sales teams that run deals through defined pipeline stages and want automation and prospecting tools inside the CRM.

Pipedrive's LeadBooster prospecting tools (Chatbot, Live Chat, Web Forms and Prospector) are included on the Premium and Ultimate plans and sold as a paid add-on for Lite and Growth. Buyers who need those lead-capture tools should compare that tier difference; its pipeline emphasis is a better fit for deal follow-up than for running a broad customer-data architecture.
